Studio E2F Collaboration

I normally share my studio at Cockpit with five other fabulous jewellers, who I consider to be more than just studio mates, they are all very dear friends.

Due to Covid 19 we have had to work separately over the last few months. As a way of staying connected we have collaborated together to create a contemporary charm bracelet as part of the Cockpit Festival.

Each of us has made a charm, influenced by our individual styles and circumstances, and recorded our processes.

Watch the short film below to see how we each worked on our charms.

Charity Raffle

* UPDATE * The raffle has now been drawn and the winners announced. Thank you to all who donated, we raised over £1400 for The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust!

We are raffling off the finished charm bracelet in order to raise money for charity.

Inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement, all proceeds will be donated to the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust, who is working to improve the lives of disadvantaged young people through career guidance, work experience and community support networks.

Head over to  justgiving.com/fundraising/studioe2f where each donation of £5 will buy you one entry into the raffle. The more you donate the more chances you have to win! Good luck!

Inspiration

The inspiration for my charm came from the floral shapes used within my stacking studs. They are my most recent designs and a collection I’m looking forward to adding to shortly.

There are 6 flowers in my charm, to represent the 6 of us in Studio E2F. They are linked together in a way that allows them to tumble and move, as the way a piece feels when worn and how it moves with your body is a key element in my work.

You can view more of the Stacking Studs in my online shop or by clicking the link below.

Discover the work of my five studio mates and how it relates to their charms over on their websites below.
