Delivery

Each purchase will be packaged in an Anna Wales branded box. The parcel will be sent in an unbranded padded envelope or box with my name and address discreetly included on the reverse.

All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival so please bear that in mind when providing your delivery address

UK :  Free delivery

International, under £250 : £15

International, over £250 : £45

UK deliveries:

Items that are under £35 in value will be posted by Royal Mail First Class Signed For.

Items over £35 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery; a fully insured, trackable service. Items will be received the day after dispatch.

International deliveries:

Orders under £250 will be sent via Royal Mail, tracked and insured. Estimated delivery between 3 and 5 days after dispatch.

Orders over £250 will be sent either by DHL or FedEx. The parcel will be trackable and insured, and is estimated to arrive between 2 and 5 days after dispatch.

Please Note

Import duties, sales taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Paperwork detailing the contents of the parcel will accompany the package for customs purposes.

I do not charge VAT on my items so it cannot be removed, even for orders made outside the UK.
