Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days to return or exchange any item that remains unworn.

Each item must be returned in their original packaging along with proof of purchase. Once received a refund or exchange will be offered to the full value of your purchase. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

The original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received is faulty.

You are responsible for the safe return of the item, therefore I recommend you use a delivery service that insures the full cost of the items.  I cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

The cost of returning the item is also your responsibility.

Any item that has been specially commissioned or personalised cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Sale items cannot be returned.

To arrange a return please email anna@annawales.com stating your name, details of the item, and reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. All items must be returned in an unused condition in the original Anna Wales packaging and with proof of purchase.
